Your Bulk SMS messages may not be delivering because of poor SMS routes, unregistered sender IDs, invalid phone numbers, DND restrictions, spam-like message content, or network filtering. In many cases, businesses send messages with a sender name that has not been approved by mobile networks, causing the SMS to fail or appear from a random number.

Another common reason is using a cheap bulk SMS provider with weak delivery infrastructure. Low-quality routes may delay messages, block branded sender names, or fail to provide accurate delivery reports.

To solve this, you need a reliable platform like Multitexter.com. The Multitexter website serves over 50,000 users since 2013 and provides sender ID registration, allowing businesses to send SMS with their approved company or brand name. This helps improve trust, professionalism, and customer recognition.

Multitexter also offers a high delivery rate of 99%, making it a strong option for businesses that need reliable promotional, transactional, and customer notification SMS.

If your SMS campaigns are failing, switch to bulk sms provider that supports registered sender IDs, quality delivery routes, delivery reports, and strong network connectivity. Multitexter is a practical solution for better Bulk SMS delivery.

Before sending promotional SMS or transactional OTPs on Multitexter, a registered company, business, or brand should sort out the following:

1. Register and Approve Your Sender ID

Make sure your company or brand name is registered as a sender ID before sending. This helps your SMS appear with your business name instead of a random number. Register your business name on Multitexter.com and after logging in, go to the Dashboard to click Register Sender ID.

2. Prepare Business Verification Details

Have your company registration documents, brand name, authorization letter, and use case ready. These may be needed to confirm that you are allowed to send messages with that brand name.

3. Choose the Right SMS Type

Decide whether you are sending promotional messages or transactional OTPs. OTPs should use a reliable transactional route or API setup for faster delivery.

4. Clean and Format Your Contact List

Remove duplicate, invalid, or inactive phone numbers. Ensure numbers are properly formatted, especially if sending to Nigerian or international recipients. You can do this by pasting or uploading your list on Multitexter phonebook which filters out duplicates.

5. Test Delivery Before Sending in Bulk via API or on the platform

Send test messages first to confirm sender ID display, delivery speed, message content, and delivery reports. This helps avoid wasting SMS units on failed campaigns.
